Ordering a translation

If you would like to order a translation, please upload your file(s) via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to: dawn@city translations.  I do not accept orders by telphone. This is because I have to view the file(s) and subject matter before setting a price. Once I have confirmed the project and you have accepted the price, an invoice will be issued.

Payment

Prepayment is required for private clients. Corporate clients will be sent an invoice by e-mail with a 30-day payment term. Payment is made by bank transfer.

Delivery

Electronic delivery times vary depending on the length of the translation:

• Official certificates (1-2 pages), 1-2 days
• School certificates (1-5 pages), 3-4 days
• Longer documents: to be agreed

Once you have approved the translation, it will then be attached to the Norwegian document and sent in the post.
